Strange Summer Weather

This is what I wore yesterday when I went out shopping for summer swimsuits! (post about my items bought coming soon!) It was super hot outside, but it was raining! That's Tennessee summer weather for you! Because of this odd weather, I chose to wear a skirt, peasant top, and leather boots (aka my rain boots). That way I stayed cool and dry!
