 Easily re-create this look by wearing a bright colored skirt, loose blouse, and a slouchy cardigan/sweater with a deep neckline. If you don't have one, just wear a cardigan buttoned only 2-4 times on the bottom.

This is a perfect weekend look. Tuck a white button-down into a vibrant mini skirt and push up the sleeves of a slightly oversized business jacket. For a more work appropriate version, wear with a longer skirt, maybe a less intense color too, and actually button up your shirt. Add an expensive watch.
