My very best friend who I have known for about 3 years now manages to get me this gorgeous LBD from Rue21. The top of the back is sheer lace, which extends out to part of the sleeves. It also comes with a matching black belt in which to tie into a sweet little bow wherever I chose. I can easily dress this garment up or down for any occasion. Thank you so much Alexandra!
