Thank You Polyvore

Saturday morning I received a package from my favorite website of all time, Polyvore. I've been a member on polyvore for almost 3 years now. The popular fashion styling site has helped me to discover a new passion over the years; fashion! I've grown style-wise, learning from other members what good style and fashion is. It helped me to discover blogs, street style, designers I had never heard of, and I still continue to learn and love from Polyvore. Some may say "it's just a website", but to me, it is very real, and I consider it a lifestyle. I practice styling, use Polyvore on my blog as a work tool, and view other's masterpieces and artworks on Polyvore. Since I have been a long-term member and faithfully participated in the Polyvore community, the Polyvore team sent me (and I'm assuming many other fantastic members, too) a little gift.

Wrapped in a mysterious black box tied in ribbon was, to my excitement, an incredibly soft pair of fingerless Marc Jacobs gloves, NARS "Night Clubbing" nail polish, and a silver necklace (check out thevintagepearl.com) with a stamped "POLYVORE" and a little red bead.

Also in the box was a very nice, handwritten card from one of the Polyvore team members whom I have e-mailed several times over the past few years about polyvore business and blogging and such. It was so sweet I just had to share!
