This would be a great idea to decorate an empty wall. You could make butterflies out of anything; old records like in these photos, or just paper cut-outs. This also reminds me of a photo I saw on pinterest.com a while ago of paper butterfly cut-outs on the wall, like in these photos, but written around the edges of the butterfly were dreams, thoughts, and ambitions. Not only could you position these butterflies as if they are flying away together, but you could place them to look as if they were being "released" from a vase on a dresser somewhere in the room. There are so many possibilities!
