A-Pair-And-A-Spare is definitely one of my favorite DIY blogs, aside from I Spy DIY and Honestly WTF. While checking up of Geneva from A-Pare-And-A-Spare's amazing DIYs for Harper's Bazaar, I came across this great DIY on how to make earrings out of old buttons.
A-Pair-And-A-Spare's DIY HERE
I found the perfect opportunity to do this DIY when my grandma gave me some plastic rose buttons she found lying in her jewelry box.
You Need:
-super glue
-2 buttons
-craft earring bases and backs
-pliers w/ wire cutter
Step 1: Use wire cutters to cut off the button loops on the back of your buttons.
Step 2: Apply small drops of glue to your buttons and carefully place a flat earring base on the back of each button.
Step 3: Allow to dry. Then wear!
