DIY: Dream Catcher Necklace (2 simple steps!)

Here's a new DIY for you! When I came across this dream catcher necklace on polyvore.com, I instantly got an idea for a DIY. It's super easy to do, and it looks so cool! I wore it to school last week and got so many compliments! I love it when people ask where I bought it, and then I get to say "I made it myself."

WHAT YOU NEED:
*long and thick gold or silver chain
*large jewelry/craft jump ring (the little metal rings that you hook jewelry together with)
*small dream catcher --1 to 2 inches in diameter (I got mine home-made from a shop in Wyoming, but you can get a cheap one at your local dollar store, craft store, or Walmart, ect.)
*needle-nose pliers
*scissors

*NOTE: see that handle on the top of my dream catcher? that's just to hang it up on your wall --but we're making jewelry, so you can cut that off.

1. Wrap the jump ring through one of the links in the chain or around the chain and attach to the outer ring of your dream catcher.

2. Use your needle-nose pliers to clamp the jump ring closed and tight.

Ta-Da! That only took 2 simple steps!!!
